This was our first experience with 319 and Gage, the owner. He showed up when he promised and got right to work. He did an excellent job and we are very happy with his service. Had two projects front yard and back yard to have completed.. unfortunately, he removed my trees from the property leaving all the stumps and unfinished work. He did not show up when he said he will be here . Then he shows up unannounced..He also never called back on quote for backyard .. I personally didn’t like how he ran his business... my own opinion... went with another landscaper...

I am sorry to hear this Dawn. I completed what was expected and explained thoroughly to make sure we were on the same page. The tree project was deemed complete upon the payment you provided to me when we checked the project. I also called you back to provide another quote. I was unfortunately unable to respond in the middle of the night as you seemed to expect. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations, but we would be glad to try to if you can give us a call back.
