The main office is great with communication which makes scheduling very easy. The technicians are quick and skilled. One of them even saved me money by realizing that he could repair my fixture instead of needing to install a new one! I will definitely continue to use PowerUp for any future projects.

My first contact with PowerUp was with Kelsey in the office. She is a great first impression for the company being kind and accommodating. Eric, the electrician who came out to give us a quote was very knowledgeable and made a recommendation that was important to safety of our appliances that is not currently in place. He listened to what we needed and wanted and was also very personable. We will be able to schedule the necessary work in a timely manner. Thus far, we have been very pleased with PowerUp.

Let me begin. Such a phenomenal experience. Kelsie is a rock star! I called with an issue. She was prompt, took my information and sent a technician (Eric!) my way. Eric is awesome! He diagnosed our problem and spent a couple extra minutes to explain our issue and what the next steps would like. He answered all of my questions and didn't rush anything. We have a bit of work that needs done, I trust that they will handle it and do it correctly. The amount of expertise and customer service were beyond outstanding. My anxiety has dropped immensely knowing that PowerUp Electric has us handled and are honest. Use them!!!
