We gave our computer to Wendy to repair the end of December 2014. She has not responded to emails or phone calls about our computer to date. We have filed with small claims court to try to get our property back.

Wendy is a fine and intelligent young lady working to start her own company. I was having a lot of problems with my computer and was looking at upgrading so I called her in. After looking at my computer she did something very unusual for a person in her business. She told me my motherboard was still top of the line and she recommended that I not upgrade as my system was very good as it was. She could have made a sale and a fee for upgrading my computer and I would have never known. But she was professional and told me the truth. This information was valuable to me and that in itself makes the visit worth it. She then worked on running the diagnostics which she does for free. While this was running she went through my settings and fixed those that were not correct. Wendy deleted unneeded files that could cause the problems. Not finding anything specifically wrong, we decided to see how my computer operates after her adjustments. My computers performance improved immediately because of the adjustments she made. After running it for some time the computer is still running a lot better. This is because Wendy knows what to look for. That is what you pay her for and in itself is worth the money. But to Wendy this was all part of the diagnoses which she does for free. Her fee is very low compared to everyone else and they charge for diagnostics. I strongly recommend you hire Wendy for your home computer needs.
