I have a decent real estate business which makes a good deal of money. As anyone in my industry knows however, the market works in cycles. There are periods of boom where we make a lot of great deals and get good commission. There are also periods of bust when we hardly make a single deal in a week. Because of the fluctuating nature of my business, it can be hard to determine quarterly tax liability. I often struggled with my tax returns, until I hired Legacy Tax Resolution. We provide fixed prices based upon the service to be provided. That way you know in advance what they will pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tier One has two parts; 1) Discovery is where we contact the IRS on your behalf to determine the source of any debt and the remaining statutes on that debt. We also determine any current and future collection actions. 2) Financial Analysis is where we gather financial information from the client to determine and develop the plan of action.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS) through the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, Fellow Candidate through the National Tax Professionals Institute, and Certified Public Accountant. Juris Master in tax law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
