- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very competitive prices. We offer discounts to nonprofits, churches, and schools. Delivery, set up and tear down is included in the metro area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What time is the set-up and tear down? How many kids will be attending? What is your budget? We require a $50 deposit to reserve any inflatable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are inspected by the state each year and are fully insured.
