FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is kind of all over the place, for good reason. Certain jobs are charged on an hourly basis plus materials. Other jobs are charged on a square footage basis plus materials. We try to work with folks that are on a specific budget and can't afford the ridiculously high rates that some other contractors might have. We also have the option for payment plans, with a minimum up front deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a call or email from a customer the first thing we would do is meet the customer for a meet and greet. Learn the customer's expectations and what their project entails. We would then document any details related to the project and take photos of the work to be done. We would then need to discuss cost, and whether or not we need to provide materials and the cost associated with materials. From there we would take the deposit and schedule a date to begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA certified and have my pool operators license. I've taken several classes through previous employers that focused on plumbing, hvac, electrical, appliance diagnostic and repair/replace, drywall, carpentry, tile work, trim work, laying carpet, etc.
