- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by time and materials. $100 for the first hour and $65 each hour after that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Review the scope of work with the customer, outline what’s needed and the most likely plan and discuss possible issues that may arise. While doing the work inform client of progress and any issues that arise, discuss plan to overcome those issues. Lastly, finish the work and do a final review with customer to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
