I speak from experience in saying it's not easy to find good, dependable people to work on your home improvement/renovation project. Scott has delivered time and time again. His communication is top tier, punctuality and timeliness get an A+, and of course the work and dedication to his craft really separate him from the rest. He's someone willing to go the extra mile, proven through his attention to detail and seeing projects through to completion, including the clean up once the work is done. (It's disturbing how many other contractors fail to clean up after themselves as soon as the job is finished!)In terms of specifics, Essence Construction just finished installing a french drain and multiple sump pumps in my basement and they've redone the entire exterior of my house that looks incredible - they are the ONLY construction team I will work with in the future; they're THAT reliable.They're second to none at working with you to make sure you get exactly what you want, on budget, and on time, and are super flexible when I asked to adjust a project plan/scope of work.10/10 would recommend."See more
