Rob stayed committed to the bid quote even though he did not make the bid. He even trimmed an elm which wasn't part of the original work.

We had two 35 foot trees removed with their stumps and three other trees shaped at a very reasonable price. Did the job in less than a full day. Very clean afterwards. Impressed! We recommend him highly!!! We've already referring his name and number out and people said they would call him to do some work for them. We will have him back to trim the height down on the other three trees this fall. Thanks Rob and boys!

We had one split tree in our front yard that they were able to take down in less than a day. They just climbed right up there and started chopping it down! Other quotes we had gotten were almost double in price and we were told they would need to tear out our bush and flowers. Mallard Tree Services was reasonably priced and left our other plants intact. Will definitely be using them again if we ever need any other tree services!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We just have to see the tree before we bid the job as pictures are really tough to use to determine a definite price. We will come out and do a free estimate at your request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start out by stopping by to do a free estimate. We need to find out exactly what the customer wants and make sure they understand what we will be doing and how we will be doing it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught by two of the best tree men I have ever seen to this day.
