- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time clients get $10 off. Monthly VIP clients receive a number of awesome benefits, $5 off, birthday rewards, referral points, free aromatherapy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to check to see if our schedules match fairly well, then we would schedule a session. I usually ask for your phone number and email for online booking purposes. The client would then arrive 5min early for their appt. to fill out paperwork, a short intake session, and then the session will begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Inspirit institute, massage school and wellness center located in Dubuque Iowa in 2014. I have taken a lot of continuing education since graduating. I have training in deep tissue, sports therapy, therapeutic cupping, masters touch massage, reiki energy work and access bars energy work.
