My sessions are a blend of neuromuscular work (Orthopedic, Sports, Trigger Point Therapy) mixed with Myofascial and Thai techniques and an appropriate use of cupping when the occasion calls for it. Having been a High performance tennis player for over 15 years, I'm capable to relate and understand human movement and physical demands in competition/ high performance activities, as well as understanding the strains of sitting 10 hours daily.
