- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our estimate process, we do our best to estimate total material cost, expenses and labor. Once we start a project and we find something completely unexpected, we will stop work and discuss with the clients their options before work is continued. As professionals, it is our duty to help education, recommend, and preform work as best as possible to best meet our clients expectations. If you already purchase your project material but you need professional services to complete your project, we will provide you a quote for our labor charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client reaches out to us, we like to get a complete description of the scope of work needing completions We ask for pictures to be texted or emailed to our team. If we are able to get a clear picture of work needing, we start estimate process. If not able to have a grasp idea of your needs, then we will schedule an appointment to see in person to discuss what we can offer and start estimate process. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Starting my freshman year of high school, I was fascinated with construction management and building trades. From there forward, I have taking 7 years of education in construction. Over the years, I have learned what it takes to help clients achieve their goals that is how Small Details handyman was started with our motto "It's all about the small details"
