- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge by the hour per man and we have a travel charge for anything over 25 miles. Pianos are charged separate. Everything we charge is discussed before the move. We don't have "hidden expenses"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always looking for ways to make my job easier and to speed up the loading/unloading time while still maintaining the professional quality of work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was a long haul trucker for years and the first time I moved a HHG's shipment, I was in love with the work, the satisfaction I seen on my customers face and the pride I felt doing a great job.
