- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straight forward pricing provided in a contract. $500 for providing music for a wedding. $100 - $300 for ceremony support. More details available in the contract with no obligation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact I will send out a contract with a self addressed envelope to return back to me. A $200 non refundable(unless the wedding is cancelled 60 days or more prior to date) deposit is required to hold the date. Communication is open at any time if customer has any questions. Many times I meet with the couple or event sponsor before deposit is paid. Once I receive the contract I can put together the order of events and finalize any changes or questions before event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
None, I just listen to all kinds of music on the radio to keep up with the latest music trends for all music tastes. I have been a DJ for over 10 years so I have learned quite a bit after completing over 250 weddings and events.
