FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices may vary due to the nature of the job. Some projects go by hour while others fall under flat rates. We give out 1 to 5 year warranties on almost ever service as well as discounts for those who served our country and employed as a police officer or fire fighter. Theses people risk themselves for us every day and we want to show our respect with customer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to communicate with our new customers by phone to verify with confirmation for security and safety measures as trust between all parties must be respected and established. This way the customer knows how to reach us at anytime as we are trusted to respond for any of their concerns before and even after a project as our service are under warranty and communication is a highly important factor in this company. Once we come to an agreement for getting scheduled for services the customer must fill out the contact form/Work order link that will be provided either by text or by email. Once the form has been filled out and sent we can normally get the new work order scheduled within the next 2 to 3 days depending on the nature of the services needed by the customer. Once the job has been completed the customer is allowed to pay by invoice or on site with a check, debit or credit only by a technician who is qualified to use our companies payment registry method and a receipt is issued after payment has been made. Keeping our customers identities and personal information safe and secured is in the utmost high importance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprenticeship at K&K Construction 2005 to 2007 then moved on with John at Capital City Painting from 2007 th 2010 while studying for my degree in computer graphics and design at Des Moines Area Community College and studied for business and accounting on the side. Finished in 2012 while working as an ad consultant for newly open business around Iowa. As I worked through 2010 into 2015 I studied finance for investment strategies where I eventually became a private equities manager for the company. I've never been one to minimize the knowledge that could be gained. Having the right education for what someone does as a professional in my book, is a must do step before taking your practices out into the field. Granted that a mistake will be made though someone with the right intuition an correct any mistake if they have the education to do so.
