- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated. I charge a flat fee for repairs brought to me. If I have to travel to where the computer is there is an extra charge. Parts (if needed) are extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Found out what the problem is, so I can give them an estimate of the time to repair it and the cost of the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Electronics Engineering degree that led to work in computers. I have over 20 years experience doing a variety of jobs in the computer field.
