Introduction: With ALL of the projects that we perform for our customers, we have chosen to match our Labor warranty with the product warranty. (e.g. 50yr Owens Corning translates to a matching labor warranty offer). Because of this choice to give our customers more security with their project, we make sure that the project, whatever it may be, is don't "right the first time"!! Relationship building. We have a high rate of repeat customers. So if one year we replace a roof, another year we may get a callback for siding or windows as an example. So, building relationships of trust and satisfaction, are very important.

Jeff did an excellent job refurbishing the bathroom walls and installing a new faucet. He tore out the old sheetrock, cleaned up all the mess, put on new ceramic tile on all three sides of the bathtub wall and it was all done at a fair price. It looks amazing! Jeff communicated openly with his recommendations, was very professional, trustworthy in completing what he quoted and I highly commend him on his attention to detail. Though he discovered throughout the job that the house is not square, straight nor level; he had no problem making the necessary adjustments needed so it now looks like it is. He finished the job in a timely manner with no delays, and we would highly recommend him for any full remodeling or home improvement jobs. I will definitely be using Jeff in the near future for other upgrades that I plan to do.

When using a service such as Thumbtack, due to the nature of the services we are offering (Roofing, Siding and Window replacement) it is necessary to come to the home and review the current conditions, discuss what the customers needs/wants are, and determine the best solution to meet both. This means we just can't offer a simple quote without understanding all of these things first.
