FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee instead of hourly. This way the customer does not have to worry about how many hrs it will take and how much. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to know there name and chat about they reason they are needing a cleaner. Maybe it's because they are busy with kid activities, or just a busy person in general do to work or travel. I like to ask if my customer has any preferred cleaning product, Eco or not. I also ask my customers what they expect that way I have a clear idea. This way I hopefully get all the questiones answered.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this type of work thru family and friends. It started out with a one-time cleaning for my friend's child's upcoming birthday party. She was so busy with other task. She asked if I'd help her out and clean before the party. I wasn't sure at first, but I agreed to help her out. After that it was from word of mouth between friend's and family. I have been doing this part-time for 20 years or so. I have decided to start doing this full-time since I do enjoy it and I like making people's homes clean and tidy.
