I continually take online classes that deal with technology to help hone my skills . I attended webinars and conferences a few times each year and I maintain a relationships with a network of professionals around the world in both the fields that work in and in emerging technologies.

Consulting services include examining current offline and online marketing and customer relationship management practices, developing a detailed plan to improve results and helping to track, benchmark and execute against that plan. Writing services include everything from company newsletters, email marketing, web site content and full service editing.
