Introduction: Welcome! Newport Fab & Machine is a family-owned business with over 25 years of experience in metal fabrication and machining. We are welders, machinists, fabricators, and engineers. Our products and services have various applications in many different industries. We provide aluminum boxes and trailers to house and transport commercial mobile satellite systems for wireless internet to remote locations. We have custom-built steel mobile platforms with anti-vibration mounts to transport satellite dishes to provide wireless internet services to oil well-drilling sites in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. We’ve supplied welded aluminum components for commercial and residential wind generators, and we have built railings, staircases and all types of structural steel for commercial and residential sectors of the construction industry. We offer the following services: * Machining We produce small to medium-size precision parts in production volume runs to prototype ones and twos, both with a fast, efficient turnaround. Here at Newport Fab & Machine, we use CNC milling and turning, lapping and grinding and have the engineering depth to work with our customers to achieve their needs and cost goals. Certified and annually calibrated measuring equipment helps ensure that all parts are manufactured to print and customers are satisfied. * Custom CNC Plasma Cutting: With the use of our 5’x12’ CNC plasma table, we can cut out any detailed mechanical shape for your home or business. We do custom detailed prototype work, along with mass production runs. We do a wide range of sign making, scoreboards and decorative ornamental work. If you have an idea but can’t put it on paper, our engineers can work with you to design just what you want to suit your needs. * Engineering: With our engineers in house and our 3D CAD capabilities, we can help with any idea or design you may have.
