Nadine did an average job overall and was patient with us, but we feel she was not responsive a few times and the communication about the details of our trip could have been better. We did not find out until we were already on the trip that our spa and the services we were promised had changed. She did agree to refund the money for the spa services, which was nice of her. Also, we did not get an itemized bill for our trip so we feel she may have not been upfront regarding pricing. I know travel agents do not make much in commission as they once did years ago, so I had asked Nadine if she charged for her services before I started working with her. She said she did not charge for her services but then it seemed like the costs of what we booked did not match up with what we paid. If you work with her, make sure you ask for an itemized bill. We would have agreed to pay for her services had she been upfront about it. She said it was because of booking a package but there were other things outside of the package that could have been invoiced and she could have told us the total cost of the package as well.
