FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront pricing, so there or no surprises. What your quoted is what you pay. All new installations include a 5 year warranty as well as the highest quality materials and installation. Every job includes our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically customers call and speak with Anna or Kaylee. They will get an idea what your needs are, gather your contact information and find a spot on the schedule that works well for you. Once a technician arrives at your home they will look at your electrical system and ask you questions to determine the best options for you. They will then present you with several different options to ensure we are able to address your needs at a price that works for you. Once you choose the best option for you, we can typically begin work the same day or schedule for a later date depending on your preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do all state required continuing education as well as additional in house training multiple times a week to ensure everyone you interact with is at the top of their game and understands code requirements as well as new products and materials that are available for your job.
