- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer both fixed price and hourly billing, depending on the job type and customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial phone call with all Thumbtack referrals to ensure we are capable of providing what the client needs. After the initial call, we would then setup a face to face meeting if needed to walk through requirements. Once the project starts, weekly emails with status and constant communication back and forth with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our team stays up to date on all new technology and website standards. We are in training each year across the US to gain insights into the latest trends, coding languages and updates.
