Jim did a great job. Even though there were minor difficulties, Jim overcame them and was very professional and cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend him and will keep him in mind for future projects.

Jim was completely unreliable. He didn't show up to the first appointment or call to say he would not be able to make it or reschedule. After I had to call him to reschedule he didn't show up a SECOND time and never returned any of my phone calls.
