- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, and time required. Smaller fixes and consultations are available, as well as structured rebuilds for larger projects. There are no hidden fees — all pricing is discussed upfront before work begins. Discounts may be offered for bundled tasks or clearly defined projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with understanding the problem and reviewing the site or idea. From there, I outline what needs to be fixed or built, explain the recommended approach, and confirm scope before starting. I focus on clean structure, responsiveness, and usability. Once work is complete, I review everything to ensure stability and clarity before delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on, real-world development. I’ve built and maintained multiple live WordPress websites, tested layouts across devices, and worked extensively with structure, performance, and troubleshooting. I continuously study website architecture, SEO fundamentals, and platform behavior through active builds and ongoing learning.
