- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we don't have a "go to menu". We are so adaptable and versatile in our capabilities that we couldn't possibly put everything on it. It would be confusing and making a decision would probably be impossible for our clients. We like to the get ideas from the client that they have in mind and build from there. Pairing side items and determining what is going to be feasible with their guests, timeline and environment presented by the venue.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate luncheons, weddings, graduations and fundraisers.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In June of 2014 we fed 600 people through a single line in 40 minutes at a private event where the guests only had 1 hour to eat. We enjoyed the challenge.
