White Light Hypnosis

Introduction: There are very few in my area that does exactly what I do. There are a few hypnotists; however, I do not know of any who have degrees in psychology and philosophy, and work as a Life Coach. In my opinion, hypnosis, along with Life Coaching, is highly effective. We can learn to relax and slow down the external influences of life; but if we are constantly downloading autopilot reactive thought streams, it will negate the positive benefits every time! We absolutely need to learn the power of our focus. So, what I do is teach each client the importance of hitting the negativity, depression, anxiety, unwanted behaviors, anger, addictions, etc. from both sides; conscious awareness and relaxation of unconscious re-activeness. I am a teacher and coach at heart. I love sharing with others what has helped me in my life experiences. I have yet to meet a person who has not gone through difficult and challenges past experiences. We as human beings have very powerful focusing mechanisms and this tends to keep us looking through our review mirrors instead of being Present and conscious in the moment. My heart soars when I see the light come on in a person's face as they realize the truth of their power. I know they "get it." That is the best part of what I do.
