Avalon Carpet Cleaning did some stretching in 2 bedrooms in my home that were in dire need of stretching, I mean these lumps looked like hills it was really bad. Jesse the owner did the job all by himself, moved furniture, stretched and moved everything back to its place. After he was done it’s as there was never any lumps on my carpet and just magically disappeared, that’s how well of a job he did I actually couldn’t believe how great it turned out. For the quality and value this is a company to go with, it shows that he loves what he does.

Avalon Carpet Cleaning was recommended by a close friend of mine - usually we would go with another outfit to get our carpets cleaned, but after having Jesse the owner over to clean and repair a bit of carpet, they'll be my primary provider for anything floor related. The level of efficiency, professionalism and friendliness goes above and beyond what we expected. Jesse came over and performed the cleaning/repair was thorough and communicated every step of the way. An estimate which was given before work started stayed the same even when the scope of work changed slightly. That being said, not only was he unmatched on the work he performed, he is by far, the most cost effective company to hire for the scope of work he is able to perform. He’s earned my business and I'd happily recommend this company to anyone looking for floor related work to be completed whether it’s carpet stretching or carpet repair.

I'm a proud owner of 4 medium size Labs and they are always running around getting dirty. Pet stains are pretty common on my carpet and I've had several companies come out to clean my carpets and while the service was above average they could never get the stains out. They aren't bad but very noticeable. I called Avalon because I saw that it was a family owned company just getting a start so I wanted to help out. Jesse the owner came out and looked at the stains and without hesitation told me he could get them out. He worked efficiently and was very mindful of his job. After he was done the stains were gone but it was after the carpets were dry where the real work was put to the test. No stains at all, he really worked his magic and I am very satisfied with the service. Give him a call and you won't be disappointed, highly recommend this company.
