- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with a site visit and free consultation. From there, we get a good idea of the customer wants and needs. We then agree on a tentative plan, get estimate number together and sign a contract which is in the favor of both the contractor and the customer. We can provide color samples, pattern samples and references. Be weary of contractor that provide an up front Square Footage price, as it is likely they are not covering their costs. If they get behind, they will cut corners to make up the difference!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers from every walk of life, as well as ACHD, Boise School District, Idaho Dept. of Transportation, and various contractor and builders throughout the treasure valley!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework. Don't just hire the least expensive contractor as there is a higher chance of disappointment and poor quality. Legitimate contractors carry liability insurance, workers comp. insurance and pay top dollar for good employees, all of which cost hard earned money.
