I’m an insured, registered, licensed general contractor with years of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential construction. I’ve remodeled over 200 homes, including bathrooms, kitchens, basements, full-home remodels, additions, and a wide range of handyman projects. I’ve also supported property management companies with repairs, maintenance, and day-to-day needs.

Cody at DeMaris Remodel and Construction was extremely prompt with his replies concerning a water damage repair I needed for an interior wall, came out to look at my project the day I requested a quote, and had the entire project completed within the same week. He was punctual, professional, and did a great job. He even noted and fixed a few other areas he saw needed some attention to make the room look more seamless and complete. I would highly recommend Cody and his team at DeMaris Remodel and Construction and will use them in the future should the need arise.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can charge hourly or if you prefer a bid let me know.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll come out and look at the scope of work that you want completed. I'll take notes and give you a bid based on the the price of materials and the time it will take to complete the task.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction for 20 years doing remodels in residential, doing everything from kitchens to bathrooms and foundations. You name it I've probably done it. I worked as a Carpenter in the Carpenters Union in idaho and in Oregon building large buildings downtown Boise to remodeling numerous hospitals in Idaho and Oregon, surgical units, birthing centers etc. I went to Clackamas Community College for Energy System Design Technology and Systems Maintenance, alternative fuels. I was Leed trained and hold many certifications for building also in Renewable Energy, basic electricity Residential and Commercial. Ive worked for and was trained by a General Contractor where I learned from him and fine tuned my skills.
