Brian Carlson and his subs Juliano, Jorge, and Humberto did an amazing job of not just repairing my damaged hardwood flooring, but upgrading my home with new hardwood in the living areas and carpet on the stairs and bedrooms. The results were exactly what I was looking for and I couldnt be more pleased!I had Footprint Flooring give me a bid on repairing my hardwood; and started my project with them because Brians estimate was very detailed, complete, and it was the lowest one. After watching the attention that was given to the repair, and the great communication from Brian regarding flooring types and stains, pricing, and work timelines; I knew I wanted Footprint Flooring to upgrade my flooring in my entire house.I can not recommend Brian Carlson and his team highly enough!

They quoted me 1800 dollars to do 28 sqft and we would provide the tiles what a joke they are robbing people and overpriced - If you see KIREZ review as customer that is also an employee. I asked for them not to text me after I told them their quote was a joke they continued to do so. STAY Away - they have been reported and price gauging customers and unprofessional I would even say that all the reviews are fake and or employees or friends or family

Our first exposure with Brian Carlson at Footprint Floors was during the installation of wood flooring throughout our home. Brian had been recommended by a close friend who was elated with his attention to their project and the quality of the workmanship.We initially hired Brian to replace our entire home with new flooring and were more than pleased with his attention to every detail, his ability to overcome small obstacles with suppliers, his constant personal attention to every detail and the quality sub--contractors he employed.After the flooring project was complete we later contracted with Brian to remodel our master bathroom. Having already contacted some overpriced and unreliable contractors for the remodel we were pleasantly surprised with Brian's design ideas, his dilegence in locating and scheduling vendors for every phase of the construction from demo to final preparation, his ability to remain within our budget and most importantly his dailey attention to the project.We would highly recommend Brian Carlson with Footprint Floors to anyone considering a flooring or complete remodel job.

Brian and his team did a amazing job refinishing our hardwood floors. Actually this was the second time our floors were refinished. The first guy that was referred to us by our insurance company was so bad that we had to fire him before he could do anymore damage to our home. By the Grace of God we found Brians company. They are true professionals. Brian answers the phone when you call. He returns calls if you leave a message. His crew showed up on time and worked till 6pm everyday and powered thru the weekend to finish because they knew we were living in a Air BB. Thanks guys for the fantastic rescue. We could not be happier. Highly recommend this company.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of the existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
