Stephan was thorough and honest with us from the very beginning. He told us the issues our floor had because of the way it was initially installed and because my husband is in a wheelchair. He carefully explained to us what needed to happen to make sure the floor was safe and durable for the wheelchair. The crew was prompt and thorough and responsive! We will definitely hire this company again when we need to complete other projects!!

If I could give more stars I would! I am not a planner. So when I called Stepan I honestly didn’t think he’d be able to help me. I found a Laminate at a “box store” I wanted installed within a short time window. Not only did he do it, he connected me with his contact at lumber liquidators, and I saved $300 on the cost of the flooring! His crew came out, removed existing carpet and laid the floor in a day! And they took the time to prep my subfloor (not part of the bid) so everything would look great. I had no idea how bad the subfloor was! THEN he stuck to his bid! The floor looks amazing and you could tell they take great pride in doing an impeccable job. I will definitely use them again!
