- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not going to do anything for free. I am doing your work and yes I am going to charge a little bit more than others. The reason you will choose me is due to: is quality over quantity, punctuality, value, and the respect I give you. I. pretty anal about completing things the right way the first time. after I. done with a task I will ve ask you how you feel about it, and ask for constructive criticism and if it is done to your specifications. If you are not always trying to prove yourself and learn more what's life worth living.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I like to do is walk over shake hands and introduce myself. Usually a how's your day going etc. Then down to business of what you want accomplished, time frame, then do a walk around the property taking notes on notepad of everything you want done, my suggestions, then create and go over a plan. After the consult, I then will do calculations on the exact costs for my labor and material costs. Then usually factor in an extra day into the time frame just in case and proceed to give you the itemized estate and discuss things further so I can start, andake your green dream a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Associated Degree from CWI in Liberal Arts, my bachelor's in Business Management from the College of Idaho, and am currently enrolled into Post University a college out of Connecticut for my masters in Data Science.
