Introduction: My experience in the daunting paperwork, reporting and accounting in welfare programs is very good. Using an email account to record and date events like job searches and work or money earned can be greatly simplified. Case management works when you understand the verbalism and legality of how to report. Probation, parole, food stamps and all public assistance requires you to be an accountant and a lawyer. Power to the people. This is not a "job" (unless I get a client). It is . . . 1. A free service to the Boise Rescue Mission. 2. Computer time (by me) that is monitored and recorded, saved and archived (electronically and on paper), dated and timed and sent to numerous case managers and social workers with great ease and speed. 3. A legal defensive archive of electronic communication evidence used (by me) to ensure compliance with various government agencies.
