I am new to the Boise-Meridian area and was searching for the type of Massage Therapist I had been accustomed and have found it in Nikita. She is a professional who communicates extremely well to gain understanding of the issues and needs of her client. I would highly recommend her for Therapeutic Massage. After only one session, I am back on track with better mobility and looking forward to increased pain relief and greater all around mobility after future therapy sessions.

Nakita is amazing. I had an accident about two and half years ago with significant nerve damage and I am still recovering. Nakita has taken the time to get to know me, my current abilities and where I want to be. Her techniques and professionalism are top notch. She uses a wide range of training and therapy to customize my regimen. I have balance and strength issues. She addresses my current condition and modifies our workout to fit the current situation. That personal touch is something that I need and I am grateful. Her scheduling has been remarkably flexible and as I make progress and the results are showing! I cannot say enough about my overall experience with Nakita. I am not a typical case and she has risen to the occasion. I’ll say it again, Nakita is amazing.

Niki was very good and I was pleasantly surprised with her knowledge base of the human body. It was wonderful that she knew the techniques I was looking for and preformed well outside of the "normal" massage box. She would be an amazing therapist for anyone looking for pain management. The at home aspect is exactly what I needed as well.

I accept cash, card, Venmo, Cash app, PayPal, Apple Pay, or check Payments are made weekly, bi weekly, or monthly and all services are purchased up front
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For massage: Show up 3 minutes early to fill out a quick intake form and we’ll go over what your needs are and preferences if any before getting started For training: We establish your fitness history, goals and personal and family medical history, trial a workout and establish a time frame, day, and routine that works for both of us. Not a lot of pressure, basically just ensure that we are a good fit. If you decide this is not for you there is no obligation to continue after the initial consultation.
