- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, my heart goes to the veterans and their families. with that said as a client you will get 10% off of our hourly rate as well as services. this does not apply to a retainer. and depending on what is done and what is needed bulk services can prove to give you discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to get a contract signed by the customer to protect both of our interests. I like to get to know our customers prior to conducting service. We like to make sure that there's nothing hidden and everything is upfront with expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally as the owner of the company I have military experience along with personal experience as a civilian since 2003. My training goes and stems from University level degrees and certifications along with military training.
