- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is different then most. I usually price my jobs by time I think it will take, I have become one of the most fast and efficient tree services around. I also rarely leave a crew to do a job by themselves. I just need to be there getting dirty and keeping it running smoothly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and inspect the work area, and give an estimate based on the time we think it will take. Not by the tree (that can add up very fast). Leave an estimate with the customer and if we get the job. We wait until complete before any payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first started tree work with a city fire department and gradually learned some basics before taking business classes. then I gradually learned techniques over the past 17 years.
