- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour with a 2 hr minimum. The travel cost is the same for the hourly rate one way. If there is large volumes of people or a tight work schedule needed for your event or project, I can recruit addition painters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll first send over a quote and if that's acceptable, then a contract is then forwarded to be completed and returned with 1/2 of the total cost due up front.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning new designs that will help customers have more choices at events.
