- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before performing a job for a new customer, we hold a short phone call to collect their information. We then enter them into our CRM system and get them on schedule for a time that works best for them. When the Technician pulls up their job to get directions, an automatic text message is sent to the Customer notifying them that their Plumber is on the way. A name and photo of their plumber is sent to them, along with GPS tracking so they know exactly when they plan to arrive!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly experienced, licensed professionals. We conduct monthly training meetings to ensure that our technicians are following proper safety protocols along with educating them on new practices and equipment supplied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Proline Plumbing & Sewer opened its first location in May of 2016. Originally based out of Vancouver, WA, the company quickly grew to service Portland, OR, Salem, OR and now our newest location in Boise, ID in 2025.
