The only issue I have is a large portion of neck area was missed which I had pointed out before she left and it wasn’t cleaned. I ended up cutting some of the matted, dirty hair off later because it was foul smelling. One of the reasons I wanted my dog groomed! Otherwise I’m very satisfied with the job done!

I had the best experience with Teal from Deep north K-9. She taught me so much, and encouraged me to keep trying even after I wanted to give up. My German Shepard now has manners, and no longer try's to attack my neighbors dogs.

They can keep there word and contractual obligations and show up. Not Ignore the customer and pocket the fees. I consider that fraud. Who else has been taken advantage of by this business? I had 2 limited sessions out of 15, and had ordered pet products and have yet to recieve some. Then after being told they were committed to 3 days a week and would send the schedule This person just vanished. No response to phone calls, text msgs. This is a Pure case of Fraud. Do not hire anyone from Deep North K9 unless you have unlimited funds and don't care if they ever train your dogs. They should be Removed from Thumbtack.com and held accountable.

Took a long time to get an appointment. I called twice to confirm, she did not call back. Did not come to appointment and did not call. K9 not good!
