Tim has built two decks for me. One was at a rental property and was 2.5 stories tall. Very solidly built, looked great and has lasted well. The other deck was at my primary residence, which was a re-build of the existing deck with pergola above it. Tim designed this deck for us also and the final product looks excellent and people who come over to the house always comment on how good it looks. Tim is very easy to work with, responsive, and communicates well throughout the job. I highly recommend Tim for deck and general construction projects.

Tim Kenney has done several remodel jobs for us from small (stair railing) to large (complete remodel of our front entry). He has also rebuilt and added on to our deck, redone the ceiling and floor in a bedroom, replaced doors and windows. He is easy to work with, has lots of good ideas, uses top of the line materials and is an excellent carpenter. Tim is punctual, shows up when he says he will, and cleans up after himself. I highly recommend him.

Tim was the mastermind (from design to completion) behind the facelift on my home: front porch w/ awning, windows (main level/basement) and entry doors. Since it's the first thing visitors see, it makes my home's first impression exceptional.

We used to Tim to build a deck onto our house and to do finish work in our vacation home. His most recent project in our home involved removing walls to create an open concept living area, making a walk-in shower in a former closet, and converting a small bedroom into a walk-in closet. Tim was very professional from start to finish in each job. His bids were reasonable and his work was done on time. He kept us involved in every step of the remodeling process.
