FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about their photography needs, coordinate a location, we make sure communication is key and a quick turnaround is always great because a client is waiting in anticipation. Guiding a client with poses is key to a successful session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On hands experience as a past model, I know what it feels like to work both in front and the back of a lens. Trial and error is a good lesson!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was modeling in NY and had a knee injury. I was sick of sitting in my apartment so went out one day and photographed store windows on 5th avenue. The mannequins always looked so magnificent and real. I then went to my clients that hired me for modeling since I already had an established relationship and asked to test me out as a photographer. They booked me to shoot an entire swimsuit catalog and the rest is my history as a photographer:)
