Introduction: I specialize in the area of estate planning and by doing so I am able to best serve my clients and all their estate planning needs. Also, because of my experience, I am qualified to serve those clients who only require the core estate planning documents (i.e., a will, living trust, durable power of attorney and health care directive) as well as those clients who require and want a more sophisticated estate plan in order to preserve their wealth for use during their lifetime and for the use of future generations upon their death. In addition, most of the work I do is billed on a flat fee basis, rather than hourly, so that the client knows what the cost will be prior to the work commencing and all necessary work to complete the plan or other projects is included in the fee. I enjoy educating clients regarding the estate planning process and their options for acheiving their estaet planning goals. I also enjoy being challenged by my clients to come up with creative solutions to attain their estate planning objectives. No two clients are alike, and I do not think their estate plans should be either. I do not buy into the "one size fits all" estate planning approach.
