- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is so different and the needs and concerns of my clients are different also. Our prices are very competitive but our quality is surpassing! We never subject our clients to high pressure sales. Our prices are up front, fair, and we stick to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first make an inspection of your carpet, this allows us to see not just the areas of concern for cleaning but also the overall condition of the carpet and if there are any damaged ares of concern. We discuss with you what our expectations for the cleaning are so you know exactly what to expect. we pre-vacuum, pre-treat traffic areas, pre-treat any difficult spots, apply treatment to break up dirt and grease, deep clean with state of the art powerful equipment, make extra dry suction passes to ensure all reside and dirty water is removed also to ensure quicker dry time. Post inspection and discussion with the Home Owner as to results. We highly value our clients and are delighted to have a new member of the Super Shine family!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up to date with all the latest and greatest products and training. We regularly attend education classes and trade shows, even traveling great distances to keep up to date. We are CRI Certified.
