Adam was very professional and thorough in vacuuming and cleaning the carpets in our home. He explained each step of the process, assured us the chemicals are pet and environment friendly, and went out of his way to ensure that everything was done to our exacting standards. Adam represented SuperShine wonderfully! Within minutes of submitting my request, I had a reasonable quote with an explanation of what to expect. Our daughter was moving out of a rental townhouse and we needed it to be left in better condition than when she moved in. I called to schedule an appointment and received Adam's voice mail. Within minutes I had a text back with an explanation that his machine was running and it would be too hard to hear but that he would call me asap; which he did. Scheduling was a breeze. The day of the cleaning, Adam called to say he was running a few minutes EARLY and asked if it was okay to come a little sooner than scheduled, absolutely!! He was professional and polite, he explained the process and immediately began to vacuum and clean the carpeting. It was nice to see that he had placed corner guards to protect the corners of the cabinets and walls. As a first time user of Thumbtack, I was a little skeptical. However, Adam was prompt, professional, polite, thorough, and did such an amazing job of cleaning the carpet in our daughter's townhouse. I would highly recommend SuperShine! (I wish I would have thought to take before and after pictures)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is so different and the needs and concerns of my clients are different also. Our prices are very competitive but our quality is surpassing! We never subject our clients to high pressure sales. Our prices are up front, fair, and we stick to them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first make an inspection of your carpet, this allows us to see not just the areas of concern for cleaning but also the overall condition of the carpet and if there are any damaged ares of concern. We discuss with you what our expectations for the cleaning are so you know exactly what to expect. we pre-vacuum, pre-treat traffic areas, pre-treat any difficult spots, apply treatment to break up dirt and grease, deep clean with state of the art powerful equipment, make extra dry suction passes to ensure all reside and dirty water is removed also to ensure quicker dry time. Post inspection and discussion with the Home Owner as to results. We highly value our clients and are delighted to have a new member of the Super Shine family!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay up to date with all the latest and greatest products and training. We regularly attend education classes and trade shows, even traveling great distances to keep up to date. We are CRI Certified.
