Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: There are many personal training services out there including big chain gym, specific personal training gyms such as crossfit and golds. We are different because nobody is there to judge you, you won't feel lost or confused about what equipment does what, because we will be right there with you every step of the way. We also work around your schedule. I absolutely love helping average people get extraordinary results. I love seeing the joy in people's faces when they get back into their wedding dress, or an old pair of jeans, or just flat out feel better about themselves when they look in the mirror. And most of all, have a healthier lifestyle and the energy to do things they never thought were possible.

I contacted Layne through an online site. I told him my goals and what I would like to achieve and in return, he sent a very detailed, very well outlined, personal message about how much of what I should do/eat, how much cardio vs weight training and believed in me that I could do this. I have been following his guidelines for a month now and have had some pretty amazing results. I will definitely continue to use him as my personal trainer. He cares about his clients and that's a major plus! Thank you so much for all your help!

To put it as candidly as possible, Layne is an extremely dedicated trainer. He is conscientious, punctual, and fully knows how to provide his clients with good, strenuous work-outs that are also safe, not to mention the convenience of working out in your own home. I could not recommend any trainer more highly than Layne Bingham. If you have any interest in hiring an in-home personal trainer, you should call Layne soon, as I bet he will be overwhelmed with work in the months to come.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Constantly reading up on the latest information about nutrition and physical fitness is one of my passions. There are always new ideas that come up on a monthly basis that can help my clients achieve their goals. As a trainer, we are required to continue our education and get re-certified once every 2 years.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Being an ex professional athlete, finding something that excited me and got me to look forward to work everyday was difficult. Seeing the joy in peoples eyes, when they laugh, high 5 you, invite you to their weddings and to meet their family makes it all worth it.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone that practices what they preach. And look for someone with integrity and ethics.
