- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common jobs we do for our clients is assist them with the transition of changing property management companies. Many clients want to change companies but do not want the hassle. Some have tenants that won't pay rent and their current property management company doesn't help to get the current tenants out of their property. We help to take the burden off the investor to make a smooth transition between the old property management company, current tenants, and the owner.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are an investor that likes to manage your own property, we are not the company for you. Our system only works great if the investor is willing to let us do our job.
