Melanie Bean is an unethical business person who doesn't pay her subcontractors. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone on the fact that her employees are going to be the ones not getting paid for the job they do. Very selfish and greedy. How can you ask people to pay you for a job when you don't pay your subcontractors for their job.

Melanie committed to our builder that she would start work on our new home build siding job this week. This was after our builder checked references and also gained commitment from Melanie so we let the other siding company know we would not be using them. The AFTERNOON BEFORE the project was to start she told our builder one of her employees was hurt so could not do the job. Our builder had qualified help to assist to help get the project still done and when offered, Melanie NEVER called him back, which tells me she just decided not to do the project. Now we are left scrambling to find another siding company, which puts our project even more behind schedule. VERY disappointed with lack of professionalism as we like to support small shops even in our own business. At least a phone call back to our builder would have been expected.
