- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive and yet reasonable will b less at times but customer service and quality is our most important thing , im one that believes that as all people have a hard time in life so should have a break if see the need such as elder or a mother in need , i know this is the right way to do for others , and not expect return for what u done .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No , not relly , people are people , not about their $ but happy customers and a working relationship with each customer , each customer is a different person were not robots but people. If you treat people as u like your grandparents to be treated , life be a better place , i strive for that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years typical plumbing school and a on going training as u repair some vary old homes .
