Introduction: First and foremost I can easily say price. Many estimates that I see come in at as much as 10 times what my total bill ends up being. this is usually from a misdiagnosis but it can also come from Super inflated charges. If the problem is misdiagnosed initially, then regardless of the quality of workmanship, the end result is failure. I make sure that the my work is completed to my customer's satisfaction; before they take the product home or before I leave their home or business. The challenges that computers offer, the interaction with local people and the reward of completing a tough task.

I needed a computer and I am a step below a novice when it comes to using one. I know the power button and the keyboard and that is all. White Hat was amazing! They found out what I was using it for and built the computer around my needs giving me exactly what I wanted for 1/5th the price of the stores around town. It didn't stop there! They also took tge time to set everything up and teach me how to operate it so that I can do everything I need to and then some. On top if all that, if I ever have a dumb question, which I have many, all I have to do is call to get an explination and a tutorial. White Hat is amazing, the only place ill ever go for any of my computing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard service call rating schedule based on proximity to where I live. I can usually give you a fairly accurate estimate on repairs or replacement cost over the phone , text or email.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
that process varies according to the size and scope of the job. variables such as field calls or drop off repairs can vary the level of customer interaction. but I will never do work without giving the customer a solid idea of the cost of my services beforehand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management and some information systems training. I also took some Electronics courses at a vocational school. I have been designing, building, and repairing computers and electronics for about 10 years professionally.
