- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard service call rating schedule based on proximity to where I live. I can usually give you a fairly accurate estimate on repairs or replacement cost over the phone , text or email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
that process varies according to the size and scope of the job. variables such as field calls or drop off repairs can vary the level of customer interaction. but I will never do work without giving the customer a solid idea of the cost of my services beforehand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management and some information systems training. I also took some Electronics courses at a vocational school. I have been designing, building, and repairing computers and electronics for about 10 years professionally.
